So you have received your copy of Clash, and are eager to wreck some face with your herd of monster goats. Where do you begin? You can create a deck out of any set of 3 gruffs and a shepherd, but to have the highest chance of success you want to bring a group that will balance aggression defense and resource generation. A deck like "North's Invaders".
This deck is an indomitable team that excels at outlasting opponents. However, to get this deck operating at full capacity, you need to be able to generate resources. Grover is a really odd "Weird" gruff because he relies on his cards rather than his innate ability in order to get his Weird score ramped up.
These cards are crucial to getting Grover up to threatening levels of both Damage and Weird. They are also some of the most versatile cards in the game, allowing you to shift from an early game growth mode to a mid game control mode really easily. Once you get Grover up to 4-5 Weird consider saving cards like Evolve to use on Gripjaw. Once his Mean gets up to 9 it is almost inevitable that this deck will win the match. Use Toof to thwart early attacks and claim victory in the end!
